This project started with no end in mind, I wanted to try wedged tenons and practice with a few hand tools. I made the chamfers and tapers with a spokeshave and block plane, it was a lot of fun.

Man I like this. I don’t know how to describe it but I like it. It delicate or something.

Nice clean lines and simple construction – sometimes, that’s the hardest thing to achieve. Great work!

yeah, this is nice too – i also appreciate the simplicity. a perfect thing to build from scraps and for practicing hand shaping on. i think i might do one of these.
