This is my first attempt at making box. The box is built by real solid oak and ash wood. The wood is treated with transparent varnish. Natural color, no pickled.
Dimensions 295×140 x 115 mm. Inner Dimensions: 270×115 x 65 mm. Net Weight: about 1,4 kg.
Inspired by other boxes on Lumerjocks. ;)
All the best!

Well done. I like the way you have shown the feet.

Nicely done, contrasting woods, and glued on top and bottom.

I see you used both splines and keys. Never thought of that before.
Really nice looking box.

Thank you all for a compliment.
I have a home made table saw. I struggle with the accuracy.
Next time I will try my new Lock Mitre Bit to join the frames.
So, I am going to prepare a few boxes. ;)
