The Tray Trap

In my recent post, I mentioned the request for a Woman Tray…..the female version of the Man Tray. Now, I am making more of them than the original Man Tray. The first pic. shows a set of three…one man, two woman trays, made of bloodwood with maple vining. The second pic. shows the underside foot with leather cushion. The third pic. is a set of trays made from aromatic cedar. All are about 6 inches across and stand a little over an inch high. They are finished with satin poly and polished with a bit of wax.

Stunning! Is the ‘foot’ of a different material? The maple contrast is beautiful. Thanks fo sharing!

You fell into the trap all right and the results are beautiful .
The cedar once are my favorite they have a nice almost rustic look .

I like em and think these are gr8 ideas. Eyeglasses, change, watch, whatever you need to just throw on the dresser for a short period.
