Very nice looking BS box. Looks like a bit of plywood in there..really stands out. I have found by placing small thin runners in the drawer cavity or flocking the cavity will even up the cut lines and make the drawer fit tighter.

Nice design. BS boxes are one of my favorites to build.

Yes I know that trick as well. Mine fit pretty tight without this time plus the cavity was kinda small to try and flock.
