Rustic Coffee Table from Pallet Wood

This is a project my son and I did together. It is a coffee table made from white pine (whitewashed) and a pallet wood. The “drawer” is an old shipping container my son found in my parents garage. Looks like it was for a copy machine. Runners were added to the bottom the carcass so that the box will slide in and out better. The side panels and pallet wood planed down to 1/4” and are floating in the frame. The top is removable.

I think it looks great. Super cool to work on it with your son. Good job.

The reclaimed wood looks awesome.
