These are very heavy duty doors. Made with a 2 inch custom made metal frame filled with boards of COURBARIL 3 cm (1 3/16 inch) thick. This very heavy and durable wood. I have had this lumber drying for over 20 years.
The largest door weights about 85 kg (187 pounds) and the smaller 65 kg (143 pounds).
The hinges are welded to the metal frame in the house.
These doors were built before the pivot door I presented on my other project.
Finished with mineral oil and bee wax
