My LJ brother and I raplaced an old plexiglass screening with louvers. What a difference a little light can make in a back yard. Used redwood rough sawn and made out cuts rough sawn by using an old steel blade with a few teeth out of set. Worked like a charm. Borrowed an airless sprayer to cut the painting time to twenty minutes but the clean up took an hour. The privacy comes from the fact that one cannot see the pool in the back yard while walking down the driveway. Made the gate two years ago now it is complete.
