I find it not fair that set of knives comes with a block but set of scissors doesn’t usually have decent storage :-) Here is my solution – scissors block, made of scrap sapele boards. Can be used as a knife block, too, of course. Finish: shellac and satin poly. | |||||||

Yes, I have got set of 10 scissors from Amazon as an excuse to build a block for them, and to try making rabbeted box :)
