First… Ignore the messy desk please.

1 Murphy Bed Hardware kit
4 sheets 3/4 plywood – oak
2 sheets 1/4 mdf
~20 bdft of oak lumber
3 drawer knobs
4 pull handles
2 cans of American chestnut stain/polyurethane
1 VERY COMFORTABLE queen size memory foam mattress

Besides all the staining the longest part of this project was re-sawing and planing all the fascia boards down to 1/4 thick from 3/4.

That looks really good. Where did you source your hardware?

Thank you!
I got the hardware kit from Amazon. $259 or $279 I think.
It came with some pretty decent instructions including a materials list/cut plan. The facia was my own addition from a Wood magazine article. I didnt want just a “wood box” in my office, although functionally it would have been fine as such.
The knobs and handles were from home depot.
