I made these as a wedding present for my niece and her new husband. The box is Bloodwood, the board is Bloodwood, cherry and maple.

Yes…....... more photo’s of the box open and also maybe dimensions and finish!

Very nice, I really like working with bloodwood.

Thanks for the kind words. The finish is my tried and true 2/3 lacquer—1/3 thinner. 3 to 5 coats and an 1800 grit final sanding. I rarely use stain on my projects unless I am trying to match an existing piece.

THe box was 6” x 10” and about 3 inches deep. THere were no dividers inside.
