Cherry Bedside table

This is a table that I made for a friend of a friend. She is single and has a cherry bedroom set but no bedside table. It is made of cherry with a birds eye maple top. The 2nd picture shows the top but does not do justice to the pecking of the birds eye. As always the base is finished with a natural velvet oil and the top is finished with 3 coats of Zinzers Amber Shelac. The drawer is also made of cherry. It is routed and rides on wooden rails.
