Yet another futon

For some reason or another I get a lot of requests for these low profile futons (until people see the shipping bill). This one was commissioned a couple months ago. it is a copy of one made by a British company that does not ship their product to the states. This projects is the first one I finished with lacquer in a spray gun. As much as I like varnish you cannot beat the 15 minute dry time of a sprayed lacquer. It looks more simple but it was a lot harder to make because if any section was slightly off it would not sit properly. The other futon had more give in the design since it was adjustable.
