Squirrels have eaten this whole in the molding of a historic home. They hired me to repair the wood after the exterminator took care of the squirrels. I milled the cedar cove on sight and it looks like it never had a problem. he museum manager was surprised at the results. I only painted the area I repaired. The rest of the porch fascia and cove will be painted be someone else later in the season.

Nice. Did you end up making your own molding plane or bit?
