This hollow form is turned from cherry. The growth rings remind me of weathered stone. It measures 8 inches by 6 inches and is finished with Waterlox buffed satin with 0000 steel wool. All comments and critiques are welcomed and appreciated.

I really like the plump form and the grain on this one, Joe.

Very nice work, the shape flows beautifully.
The photography is also nice…do you do your own photo’s? If so could you post a picture of your set-up/

Seems hard just to keep up with your posts. They keep coming on strong. Not a bad or mediocre one yet. Another beauty, great shape, very fine, beautiful wood.

Lovely reubenesque form. It does look like layers of agate. As always, beautifully done. Your photography has also improved. Well done.

I just took another look at all of your projects and you really have come a long way with your technique and design. Each piece looks more elegant than the last. You’ve managed to evolve your level of skills very quickly and you push the envelope with each project. Quite impressive.

Where are you displaying all of your work?

I will need to clear off another shelf for delivery . . .
