This was a fun honey-do project that I built over the weekend. The request was to build something to put all of my 5 year old daughters art supplies in, since all of the art supplies were in miscellaneous boxes and bags under her easel. My daughter requested for it to be pink of course since it’s her favorite color.

I used scrap that I had lying around the shop. The carcass sides and drawer sides are 1/2” baltic birch plywood. The dust frames and top are white oak. The drawer fronts are poplar. The dimensions are: 19” tall, 26” wide, 13” deep. The height is perfect for her to use as a writing desk, and when not in use, it fits under her easel.

Sort of a mini-dresser, very nice.
