These are a couple of armoires that I built for our bedroom. The intention was originally to have “his & hers” cabinets, but eventually I came to the conclusion that it would make more sense to give my wife the entire walk-in closet and move all of my stuff into the armoires. it’s an arrangement that helps keep the peace in our home.
The rails & stiles were done on a table saw and the inserts are simply 1/4” plywood. At some point in the future I would like to re-make the doors with raised panels now that I have a router table and bits.

Nice project.
I would make a suggestion. It would look better if the wood grain in the door panels matched.

Great job! But I have to ask…Which one is the door to Narnia? :)
Thanks for posting.

I agree, the wood grain on the panel inserts is not the best – I definitely could have selected and matched it better.
Unfortunately, both doors lead to a disorganized mess of clothes. They both have a hanging rod at the top and two fixed shelves in the lower portion.
Best regards,
Joe
