I made these growth charts for my nephews kids. I have seen these online but all of the ones I had seen up to this point were made with painted numbers and lines but I made these with a router bit. I even routed the names of the kids into the growth charts. I managed to get the names and numbers done freehand first shot without messing up. I also made these on the short side to make traveling easier they go from 1’6” – 5’6”, I figured after that they would most likely be too old for measuring. The nephews (and their wives) were very pleased.

Looks good, I agree on wanting the numbers and lines routed rather than just painted. that’s what I did for the one I made for our daughter also. I cheated on my numbers though, I bought the smaller size Rockler state park set.
