So yep, I made a shoebox…

I have a friend who is very much into the sneaker scene. It really is a thing.
The sneakers that he and guys like him buy and collect routinely cost upwards of $200-300.
He’s wanted somewhere nice to store them for a while; we saw a design like this one on youtube a couple weeks back and he loved it.

The colour and style is based off of a box that a pair of Nike Air Jordans come in. Though I stuffed up the corners, they should be square not curved. The Sneakerheads let me know about that too. :-)

There’s more info about it on my site,

No plans as yet, but I should be adding them next week sometime.

How did you do the logos? How many pair will it hold?

I saw this on facebook awhile back I believe with a bunch of shoes in it, looks good, don’t think my 3 pair of boots would really match with it though haha.

Thanks guys.

The logos are images I took off the ‘net and then gave to a sign maker to cut out of vinyl for me. He has a machine that quickly slices them out. It was 10 minutes from when I gave him the file to when I had the stickers in my hand, really cool. It holds between 16 to 20 pairs of mens sized sneakers, seeing as I only own 3 pairs of shoes, I don’t think I’ll be building one for myself. :-)

If anyone is interested, I’ve free plans available on my site
