I started making bentwood rings about 3 years ago… and since then, I’ve been learning how to improve the technique and the quality of my rings.I’d like to think that I have finally got them to where I want them to be.
So, I opened a small etsy shop! here’s the first few quality rings I’m proud to display to the world. What do you guys think?.
I’m going to add to the collection as I go. I love the intricate inlay work. it is challenging, but looks just stunning when it’s finished. The heartbeat ring is inspired by a close friend in medical school.

They are fun to make. Mad nice valentines day gifts for my girls. Your rings look nice. Do you use a lathe?

Thanks Scott! no lathe, just veneers and CA… and a whole lot of patience. I use a socket for the initial wrapping of the rings. and the CA/BLO polishing method that many use on turned pens.
