African Mahogany with lacquer finish. Another attempt at making a segmented bowl. Figuring out the angles and where they intersect when you turn the bowl down is frustrating. I wish I paid attention in Geometry class. -- Hope for the best but plan for the worst. | |||||||

Beautifully, very much it is pleasant to me. A small wish – the Joint (connection) shouldn’t coincide. And still – If to use a string metal and when turning to impose on a joint (connection). The burned (zhyonny) strip Poluchtsya. The strip will hide joints (connection). It will seems to me more originally and the form will be volume. Good luck.

Ganchik.. Thank You – (spasibo) I am interested in what you wrote about a metal string but I don’t quite understand. Is that a technique to help with making the joints?
