I posted this some months ago. And thanks to all those who gave me such great feedback! I thought that was the end of the story, but turns out it was just the beginning. I’ve posted the pictures and gory details on my new “blog”: http://www.artnabox.com
Never would have guessed!

I haven’t seen this before, but it’s a great looking box! I like the Art Deco look to it, and the contrasting woods!

Woodn, I really liked this box when you posted it last time. I learned a lot from it and fashioned the drawers on my recent jewelry boxes using your style. loved it! Sorry what happened to it, I had a similar experience. My nephew mailed me a small ryobi band saw. When it arrived the bottom of the saw was broken off. I now have a band saw that can’t be used because it won’t stand up.

Love it. Refreshing to see an unusual shape that is beautiful and functional. Again, the details are wonderfully done. I also like the handles a lot as they fit in with the overall design so well and they seem quite unique too.
