Her is a high chair I made so she could set at the table with us. Showing it off I had to make two more. No complaints I really enjoyed it.

I didn’t have plans I measured a chair at a restraint .i used 7 deg angle for the sides. I built each side with 7 1/2 then put them at 7 1/2 to the the seat. You will needs to make sure the seat is wide front to back . No more than 3” back so the kids don’t slide out. I use an old leather belt for the crotch safety strap. Permanently fasten. You can install a waist belt if you like because they will try to stand.
