I’d like to share my tilting router jig which allows to mill unique edge profiles using simple standard router bits. I believe the only limit is the user’s imagination !

The tilting base pivots inwards on a piano hinge to mill edge profiles and outwards to mill inboard edge profiles (two samples shown).

My jig is made out of MDF, hardboard and ordinary hardware.

Watch this page of my blog to see more photos of the jig and this page for the milling process of the two shown samples.

Thanks for looking and commenting. Improvement ideas are welcome.

Best,

Serge
