Sales of Unique Serving Boards was outstanding the last 4 months of 2014. I participated in two juried art shows, one Nov and one Dec. Results were fantastic. Additional sales were from word of mouth and one business bought 15 for employee gifts. I thought there were plenty of boards for the season, but the end of the year , I was left with two items. Starting to prepare for the fall of 2015 now. This is January’s production. I will try to make 15-20 boards per month to have enough for this year.
The shows are a lot of fun. The people are great to talk with and discuss the work. Usually, there is not a lot of flat wood items at the shows, mostly turnings.
The door stops are made from the cut offs of the boards.

Fabulous work, as always.
I’m still amused that you sell doorstops. I don’t believe that would be a thing in SoCal. Love that you can make that work!
