Getting older means its harder to bath dogs bending over in a tub, shower, or outside. We had an old, old shower in our basement that was never used except to bath our dogs. So we decided to put in a dog bath. First we had to remove the old cinder block walls, clean the area, order the bath and stuff, and install that. Overall it took about a week to do. It turned out really good and works really well. The yellow hook is so we can put a leash on the dog if we need to. (The hook is out of the way so it won’t poke the dog.) It’s a standard frame and plumbing with parts from the internet. You can lift your dog in, have him/her jump up, or even build a removable ramp/staircase.

Good thinking. Getting down on my knees is still pretty easy. It’s getting back up that’s tough :-)
