So, i finally finished the wardrobe. It’s made from the cheapest lumber possible that i stained in a couple different colors. The drawers are recycled from, hmm how do i say? Well it’s been used as flooring on a balcony.
I kept the original small wardrobe inside because we rent this apartment and we want be able to restore it when we move.
Go easy on me when judgeing it. It’s my first bigger projekt.

I can appreciate the use of cheap lumber or recycled lumber. Unless you are going for the “12 different shades of stain look”, then perhaps painting it may have been the better way to go. It’s never easy to match stain when using several different species of wood.

Well done. I think the more you use hand tools the more you will realize how efficient they really are, especially for one-off projects. My son and his wife live in Lycksele Sweden. I hope you have it warmer there in the winter where you live than they do.

Nice job. I think the 12 different shades of stain look makes the project.

Thank you all for your kind words.
And stefang, yes, we have it warmer… some days it a difference at 40 degrees celcius. We have barely touched below zero this season.
