This is really nice! It looks really balanced with all the tiny pieces.
You also paid a ton of attention to lining up the strips for the final glue-up – bravo!

Nice use of the different woods to get that nice light and dark contrast. The board looks like a big, thick board. What is the finished size of the board, Mike? Any special finish?
