been building some cutting boards of late ,it was just a matter of time till the CB bug bite me , this board design was posted a while back by LJ Scott http://lumberjocks.com/projects/55721 and always though it to be just to cool and gave it a try . another LJ Jeff had done a blog on it and was extremely helpful http://lumberjocks.com/JL7/blog/37272 thanks both of yall , ,the end grain sanding is a bit more time consuming than long grain ,in the last pic youll see a mist spayer bottle of water another LJ had posted this on end grain sanding and tried it and seemed to me to save a lot of time http://lumberjocks.com/woodsmithshop/blog/33848 . the feet were got from HD ,1 1/2 inch heavy duty non skid pads , thanks for looking it was a fun project

Wow – great work Eddie!! Love seeing all the cool stuff coming out of your shop. I’m guessing you got a mortiser too? I don’t remember seeing one on the shop tour…....
Something tells me you got some boards to show us soon…..carry on!
