I built this Shadow Box for a customer who started out as an enlisted Marine and finished his military career as a Naval Officer. Mounting the gun and the sword was a challenge. I designed some custom wood mounts so everything would match. This was a fun challenge. Overall size of this is approx. 38”x38”. Materials are Cherry Wood, Red Mahogany Stain and lacquer.

The M16 is actually a training (dummy) weapon. Same weight and size but non functional. Thanks for the comment.
