Haven’t done this kit prior (Rockler’s “Pizza Cutter Turning Kit”). I’ve gifted plenty of pens, stoppers, and mills over the years so I’m running short on unique gifts. The process is simple. The picture explains it other than the threaded insert movie installed in the turned handle. It isn’t glued to the hardware last me stoppers. It’s design allows one to unscrew the dishwasher safe hardware for cleaning.

I used a 6” length of rhinoplastic that was preshaped with a 1.5” diameter. Used a chuck on the head. The tail had a live center inserted into the predrilled hole the threaded the insert eventually was placed. Required a little hand sanding the end since it was cut off.

Sometimes…. simple is all it takes.
I’m sure it will be appreciated and well received!

-- Randy-- I may not be good...but I am slow! If good things come to those who wait.... Why is procrastination a bad thing?
