Cutting Board Gifts - (or not...)

I made 21 end-grain boards as gifts, the wife liked how well they came out she ended up keeping these 6 for herself… Back to the shop to make up the difference. I’m thinking she really liked them or enjoyed me being being occupied with something else…laugh. Types of wood, cherry, walnut, maple and purpleheart. Happy holidays!

Very clean work, RobEk. I like the way you put the “mortar joint” between the “bricks” on that one board.

Good Looking boards, ya know in 30 or so years you wife will be on the Horders show and when they walk in, it will be stacked wth cutting boards, Just sayin…...

they came out great, wish we had a bandsaw that was tuned though, you could have made 70 if you didn’t have to waste so much in the kerf of the tablesaw. you have a lot more patience than I do, amazing job on the glueups.

-- You never cut a piece to short, you are just prepping that piece for a future project
