I made this box to sell at a local arts and crafts fair recently. I made it out of Red Oak a Maple lid and the splines were Left over Mahogany i had. The bottom panel of the box is made from mdf, i didn’t like the way that looked so i decided to line the bottom with some black velvet.

Thank you sometimes I like to round them over especially if the mitered corners give me some trouble and leave some gaps. I find it easier to fill them with sawdust and glue with rounded corners.
