I was banging on my good chisel the other day with my carpenter hammer and seen I put a burr on my handle.
That upset me so I built my first wooden hammer. Put two coats of Tung Oil on it and sanded the handle back down on my chisel.

You got me beat, Duck…..I don’t even have a wooden mallet, or even taken the time to make one….All of mine are regular hammers, a dead-blow, and a couple of rawhide mallets I use to do leather work….I’ve had good intentions to make one, but you what they say about good intentions…..Kepp posting them projects, bud…..
