This is a Walnut Nightlight shade I designed and made with left overs from my FLLW style lamp project. My first experience at small dados and rabbets! The shade fits into a 0.020” channel in the top and base of the shade.

hey randy, any chance i could get larger copies of those drawings? I’m trying to design a lamp in a similar style and could you some pointers on the joinery and relative dimensions.
