Had a customer request that I make her a classic acoustic guitar but she wanted it metallic turquoise. I took pictures as I made it but lost all but these two :( The neck of the guitar is shaped from Mahogany, the body is made from spruce, and the fret and bridge/saddle are made from rosewood. She loves the guitar and was very excited to see it. In person it does not look so “baby blue” in color. It darker and very metallic.

Interesting, Can’t say the colour would be my choice but it is nice work…

I mentioned to a friend recently that I’ve been listening to classical guitar pieces. He said, “Like Led Zeppelin?”

Nice work on the guitar. Is this your first classical?

Very nice work. Was this scratch or kit?

I started building one, but never finished it. It however brought me back to wood working. I think I ‘m painting now – or else,

Have your say...
