I seen this design from a friend in church and it was really cute and handy. I call it a “oven squirrel”. Made from eastern red cedar and finished with food grade mineral oil, it would make a great Christmas gift. Going to make a few more out of other woods too.

My wife’s uncle made one of these a long, long time ago. Not cedar, pretty sure it’s oak. Been in our kitchen for years, comes in handy. Well done.

Cool piece Todd.
Never saw anything quite as simple yet very useable.
Thanks for sharing.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.
