Matching wedding gifts for my cousin. He was married in a cowboy hat so I’m pretty sure the boot jack nailed it. Real excited that I hit the dead center of the balancer and now have the nice wood transition on the hole.
Walnut and oak? The woods were a throw in from a craigslist deal so I’m not positive.
Still working on the photography side to get the accurate colors. Lighter wood appears more yellow than in person.
Thanks for looking!

NICE! I have to say though, you had me going there for a second. I was expecting a boot jack and wind bottle balancer combined. I was interested to see how that would work.
I have a friend that has been after me for a bood jack.

Nice gift, Skitz! As far as the photography, can you set the white balance on your camera? Would save a ton of post processing! If not, then you may try including a white object in the original image that will allow you to make corrections in a photo editing program. Then crop out the object. Thanks for sharing.
