Two Shaker night stands with a modern twist thrown in. I didn’t want to go traditional with these stands. The stands are made from Cherry with Walnut for the drawer pulls and Pine for the drawer sides and bottoms. The top was beveled by hand with a plane. The drawers were assembled using a pinned rabbit (rebate). Both stands were finished using a wiping varnish.

Love ‘em. the pull design is really cool!.
A buddy of mine has an antique table like this with two over and under drawers. All made by hand, pegged tenons. I love it, I have to make one some day.
