Two pins for my Wife’s crochet projects. Wood is unidentified, from a Rockler bulk cut-off exotics box.
The yellow one has CA encasing blue glass chips (to accent and reinforce the crack in the sapwood area) and a turned pin with another glass-chip accent on the end.
The white one is some kind of spalted piece that I added an antique button to (from my great-grandmother’s collection).

Very nicely crafted!

Love making these. Easy turnout in a couple hours, useful and pretty. The Wife wants to sell her crochet projects – these little additions will certainly help her out.

Great job! And great idea – I might have to try a few as gifts for some co-workers who like those big shawls and scarves. Let us know how the craft sales go – one of my co-workers does quite well with her crochet projects at the craft shows around here. Thanks for posting.

Agree 100% that your “liittle additions will certainly help her out”. In fact, my bet is they’ll make her crochet projects irresistible.
