This box is made from oak with wenge miter keys. The dragons are hand carved and inlaid with green epoxy. The heart is inlaid with fine silver(999). Thanks for taking a look.

really cool joey, i like the inlay, both epoxy and the silver..i discovered inlay with the use of epoxy a long time ago, and at first i thought it went against the so called rules of wood work, but i absolutely do not feel that way now, there are no rules…it’s all great…its all art and its all part of the craft of wood work…i’ve done some wonderful things with epoxy inlays, and i’ve made some great projects with the use of epoxy….march on brother…you’re doing some fantastic work…

Thanks Grizz. I”ve using the epoxy for a few years now and I like it. I’ve really started to enjoy working with the metals with the wood lately.
