I just put the finishing touches on this rocking motorcycle. It’s made of white pine, and the front end actually turns. It’s protected by four coats of amber shellac. Wasn’t sure what I was going to do with it when finished, but a friend already committed to buy it when it was only about half-way done.

That’s great. Did you buy a pattern or is it your own design?

Herb, I bought a pattern for this one, but I’ve already drawn sketches for the next one, which will be altogether different and will be totally my own design.

I just so happen to ride a Harley, you did an awesome job on this one Sheetzy, it’s out of the park and some young one will have the time of their life on it.
