Seeing your cabinet saw being dwarfed there, really gives this a scope of scale! Impressive.

In Sapulpa still? The bed looks obscenely expensive.

An amazing and beautiful bed.
Just one thing though..
Polyester is a fabric often found in leisure suits from the ‘70’s Polyurethane is a finish popularly used in woodworking.
Not to detract from the amazing product you have made.

polyester is the best and hardest finish and is banned in most states the parts were sent to new jersey for the full fill polyester finish, kitchen expo uses that finish on their million dollar kitchens. thanks airframer and jim

used several bundles of veneer and most of it was simple bender board formed in a vacuum bag the starburst was very hard to do, it took 48 pieces and i left the waterfall parts big because the radius grows on the waterfall, had to line up the grain then brush on tight bond and then with an iron and a water mister i sprayed water on the outside of the veneer then hit it with the iron, the steam goes right thru the veneer and bonds in about a minute.
