In August of 2013 a local mill 5/4 sawed a maple tree for me and stacked over the winter. In June I took it to a local kiln and had it dried. The Shaker legs are all Maple. The top is Maple center with Walnut apron. I used MINWAX Poly on the legs and copious layers of MINWAX Wipe-On Poly for the top.
