This is a little table I made for my sister’s birthday last year. I had a big chunk of sapele, about 10/4×14 x 36, so I ripped the legs, resawed for the top, and was able to get the whole thing out of one piece. All mortise and tenon assembly with west system epoxy. Built it in about 4 evenings. It even has an epoxy finish, just because when I was gluing it up I used epoxy, and half way through I realized it was easier to just add some more epoxy than to clean my joints. Then it has some conversion varnish sprayed over, It’s not the best UV protection, but it is what we were shooting the next day at work, and it gives a nice top coat.

Very nice. I love the curved design. Adaronick chairs always seemed to be placed at an angle like the picture shows so a square table just doesn’t work as nice as this.
Well done!

Well done. The base, especially the runner really sets this table off.
