This was quite a project. The sign is double sided. Used treated lumber for all except the purchased letters. Because of the weeping pine knots we had to apply two coats of premium sealer (Zinssor) before painting. The actual sign is 4ft x 6ft. The poles are 14ft tall. The dove was made from 1×6 treated lumber. It is attached between the upper two beams by three mortise and tenon joints done with a router and chisel. This was an undertaking but I enjoyed it. The letters are hand painted. I drilled pilot holes in each before screwing them down. It was assembled on the trailer you see in one photo. Pocket holes screws were used to assemble the beams and cross members.
