Kind of a shaker style country style cabinet for Ed. Poplar frame, birch plywood panels and curly oak accents…with the leftovers from a Kitchen table I made. Brick Red milk paint with black stressing. Oak gel stain with Amour Coat poly on the Oak. Shelves are oak ply with Red Oak edges. Chamfers on the shelves and face frame to match table.

I like it. Good job on the stressing especially around the knobs. I kind of just clicked through the pictures and accepted the stressing as normal for an older cabinet….....then I thought to myself, wasn’t there a picture of this unfinished? Had to take a second look.
Well done.

Very clean design. I like the finish too, nailed the ‘stressing’

I echo the above comments. Nicely done especially the stressing. I’m not good at stressing wood, when I’m done it just looks messy.
