Thank you.

The joints are integral tennons. I suppose loose tennons would have been easier but I wanted to try the angled tennons.

This is my favorite piece.

I am glad that this one came up on my list. This is a gorgeous chair. Walnut is such a beautiful wood with which to work.

I got the design idea from a picture of a living room in Metropolitan Home magazine. I get alot of ideas from that magazine

I like the Walnut , but how many cushions do you need to sit on to get the chair arms out of your armpits ? It doesn't appear to be anything that you could sit in comfortably for very long if at all . JMHO

Actually the chair is comfortable without any cushions. The angles and seat height make it comfortable.
