I call this fella’, “Mr. Lova’ Lova’.”He looks to be a happy guy and is especially cool because he has a little heart in the bottom of his beard :) He’s carved from a piece of light and porous driftwood. This wood carved very similar to the way Cottonwood bark carves. This piece is entirely hand-carved and painted by me, Josh Carte.

13 1/2” tall, 3 1/2” wide and 4 1/2” thick.

I will be listing this carving on this evening. To find me, visit and in the search bar type, “Josh Carte.”

You can also visit my store to see more of my available woodcarvings.

Magic. He looks great.
It’s amazing what can be made out of a piece of wood.
Love him.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

It’s amazing how you bring the life out of a log. Super awesome, as always, Josh.
