My wife loves to make homemade pizza and was in desperate need of a pizza peel. This one is made from padauk and maple. Finished with three coats of butcher block oil. The cheese tray was made from some leftover scraps from an end grain cutting board.

While making my very first pizza, I discovered why a peel is useful. I need a pizza peel! I should make one! I should stop shouting, too!
