Oak turning tool stand

The need to keep the area around my lathe tidy lead me to think of a better solution for keeping my tools and tins of Finish. This is what I came up with, it’s left over french oak from a shepherds hut floor.
I made it suitable for up to 10 tools but the piece with the cut outs is only screwed on so if I do end up with more than 10 tools I can adapt it. I’m
